"Should have higher toilets & grab bars in tub area"

"Rooms need upgrades. The carpets was old and stained in several. Places. The shower tub combo they dated and squishy. The pool was great as always love the updates they have made there. Breakfast was ok but was not included with stay.. over all room was not good but spa and pool were great."

"My family and I have stayed here in the past and always enjoyed it. This time however was not a good experience and will likely be the last time we stay here. The first room we got was dirty and stunk. The second room was cleaner in comparison but the bathroom door did not close properly and the beds were like sleeping on plywood. Left very disappointed. When talking to them they just kept saying because I booked through 3rd party booking they couldn’t do anything, even just to provide a receipt...

"Staff very friendly and professional. Room was nice and clean. Bed was so comfy!! Nicely situated on river for a beautiful view and walking path."

"Beautiful room, quiet even being next to elevator. Beautiful aesthetic. Delicious breakfast that was available until exactly 10:30. Lovely stay."
