"We'd paid for a King Jacuzzi suite and it took 2 days for the Jacuzzi to run hot water; furthermore, the parking policy has changed so you'll be charged for parking no matter what you paid for your room, which I thought unfair."

"Unless you have children who love the waterslides stay elsewhere. Pay the $20 for any other place. Every sheet set has tiny “ink” stains combined with “ice cream” stains on the bed skirts it makes for a questionable stay."

"I didn't appreciate the long black hair found in the bathroom sink and I didn't appreciate the fact that I only had 2 television channels that worked, even after calling the front desk. The gentleman that came to our room could not solve the problem."

"Staff wasn’t very helpful."

"Helpful staff. There was a mix up on rooming, we walked into another persons room with their items inside. Immediately walked out. They fixed the situation and upgraded our room for the same price as our old room. Also had travel sized tooth paste when i forgot ours."

"nice by the airport ,"

"Overall a good experience. The property could benefit from a deep clean. There’s significant wear and tear on the building."

"The staff were excellent! From check-in, to the lounge, cleaning staff and to the restaurant. We couldn’t have been more impressed. Parking was very convenient located out back of the hotel. Our room was very clean, however, the wallpaper was peeling and could use a little tlc. The location was great as well. We are looking forward to our next stay."
