"I had a great experience at Sonesta Bucaramanga. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The housekeeping service is excellent — always attentive and professional. The staff is friendly, helpful, and truly makes you feel welcome. The location is perfect, close to everything you need and very convenient for moving around the city. Highly recommended."
