"Excellent overnight stay before having to fly home. Super convenient to be right at the airport especially when there was flooding in Bangkok."

"Very convenient for travellers"

"Excellent helpful staff Pleasent stay"

"Quite nice all around. Taxi and buses are crouded and need improvement."

"ホテルとして必要な設備や備品が揃っており、特に不自由は感じません。 私はトランジットをするためスワンナプーム空港近くのホテルを宿泊場所を選んでいます。 無料の朝食と空港へのシャトルバスがあるこのホテルは年に3～4回ほど利用させてもらっています。"

"Decent 3-star hotel that serves its purpose well. Everything was perfectly average — the rooms, amenities, and service are all okay and exactly what you’d expect for this category. Staff were friendly and helpful enough. It’s clean, comfortable enough, and very convenient for the airport — you can’t really ask for more at this level. A solid, reliable choice."

"Extremely difficult to find,no maps or signs, 30 minute walk in the airport from our gate. On arrival at 7am after a 12 hour flight, told our 6 hour booking couldn't start until 9am and time back then. Bathroom not that clean and a bit dated. Stayed in much better airside 6 hour hotels in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur,. I do not recommend this hotel"

"Don’t get fooled by them advertising a free shuttle to the airport. If you fly out at 7 am they will not provide you a shuttle at 4, in fact they won’t even help you get a taxi. They tell you to do it yourself. We had to clean the bathroom floor on arrival and the towel was black. And they charge for everything. - an extra pillow- 50 baht.. etc… the location is horrible and not close to anything. Do not book this hotel."

"So nice and convenient, would definitely book again"

"Soweit war das Hotel in Ordnung. Leider ist es sehr abgewohnt und das Frühstück ist schrecklich."
