"Our Room toilet wasn't flushing when we checked in. After waiting about an hour, an engineer came to fix it, but it still didn't work. Nearly two hours later, we were still waiting to use a working toilet and had to walk to the main reception to use their facilities, which defeats the purpose of paying AUD $450 for the night. Every time I asked for an update or to speak with the manager, I was told the duty manager is "busy." I eventually had to request a room change, knowing the the toilet...

"Our staying in Le Manumea was great, staff were awesome the room was amazing lot of space in the room, the style of the bathroom and toilet I love it. But everyone may have different opinions about like it. My daughter loves staying there. So well done to the staff they welcome us with smile and they were very helpful. The only thing that needs to be fix properly is the curtains, just a minor fix and the hot water that runs out quick. Otherwise my next trip, I’ll book to stay there for sure....
