"I rented a ocean view room for my girls birthday but they did give me one . I specifically make sure before resenting i look for ocean view and looks at the photos and description. The floor has opening you can hear sound and smell of the kitchen, I talk to 3 different people about the room nothing happened and finally the last they where trying to move me but they had no available ocean view room"
