"I travel a lot of places and stay at a lot of different resorts some big some small. My most recent choices have been smaller boutique hotels/resorts. The two most important things for me are, the staff and the food. I was blown away by how kind and helpful every staff member was. One of the groundsmen was using a wheel barrel with heavy items inside. I stopped to ask where something was at. He sat down the wheelbarrow and prepared to walk me all the way to the destination I was looking for....

"Best beach, but hotel rooms were quite outdated."

"Great"

"This place was amazing. The views, the staff and the rooms. I highly recommend the beach sanctuary room. We are already talking about coming back"

"Perfect stay, the room was amazing, stepped straight out onto the beach and fabulous sunsets. Bar had anything you wanted and staff were extremely helpful. Restaurant served wonderful food, for breakfast and lunch, shame it didn’t open in the evening. "

"Nice and friendly hotel"

"Spacious, clean rooms and friendly staff. Great location, close to the beach and amenities."

"Love this place!!! One of my fav spots to stay when visiting Antigua. Perfect spot for peace and calmness!!! Thank you so much!!"

"Coco Rose Guest House was simply amazing. From check in to check out our stay was comfortable, we were met with friendly staff, the room was clean and them amenities were just enough to make our stay pleasant. The area was quiet and had access to many beaches and supermarkets to make everyday just splendid. I would definitely recommend to anyone going to antigua to stay there. As for me if antigua sees me in the future it will definitely be at Coco Rose Guest House and Reception Hall."

"To be honest with you, this day was pretty cool. The bed was comfortable but the shower the shower just kept flooding the floor as much as you keep the shower curtain inside you keep the showerhead down. It’s still popping out on the floor and the floor ends up soaking wet so I was basically like my only issue was the shower. The shower was amazing but it’s just kept flooding the floor so everything else was pretty cool. I’ll give you guys a thank you for the day bye-bye"

"Nice property. Gym and pool was good. Centrally located in Antigua."

"The property was very clean, equipped with adequate kitchen utensils. Gavin reply’s to messages promptly and instructions were clear. I also appreciated the property is located in a quiet area with easy access to beaches and supermarket and sporting activities."
