"The rooms are not up to 5 stars compared to others hotels in Jamaica. As a Jamaican living abroad I was hoping to get some authentic jamaica food but it was rubbish. The chefs needs to retrained . I was very disappointed 21 of us and non of us was happy with the food ."

"Everything was very clean. Everyone was happy and polite. The friendliest staff I've ever seen on vacation. No gossip between employees means they're truly happy. Very refreshing. We'll be back for sure!!!"

"TOP TIER Birthday Experience! From the time I booked through Expedia until the moment I departed, my experience at Tiamo Beach Resort was TOP TIER! I spent two nights celebrating my birthday, and I truly felt special in every way. Check in was seamless, I was greeted with a delicious mocktail, and the staff went above and beyond to decorate my room with beautiful Happy Birthday touches. My room was spotless and comfortable, with hot water and a luxurious tub on the balcony overlooking the...

I do want to...

"The room was nice and breakfast was good. Didn’t use most of the amenities, but I did go to the beach every day I was there. There is supposed to be a shuttle, however it was mostly unavailable. I walked to and from the beach most of my stay which was about 20 mins each way. On one occasion I called for pick up about a hour ahead of time and asked if the driver could pick me up. I was told “I hope so.” The private beach itself is just “okay.” If you’re looking to do any beach activities, this...

"This property is at beautiful location.. Minutes from the town of Ocho Rios, restaurants all attractions within the area. The only issue I had with this resort was maintainance. However the issue can be overlooked as the ambiance is top tier. This is my second time as this property and I have seen improvements so as per my assumption they are upgrading. I would recommend this property to all travellers."
