"Reception & Conceriege, Perfect! Although still very slow as not enough staff ratio to guests. Bar …. Was a joke. One girl on, she completely ignored us as was under pressure to serve, clean etc but her attitude sucked. Instead of just acknowledging us and saying hey sorry guys I’ll be right with you soon as I can… she simply pretended we were not there and chose to ignore, be very rude and after 4 attempts to try and relax at the bar I gave up! This alone has made me unwilling to bother...

"Quick and easy check in. Modern hotel with a very large room (king with lake view). Only parking option is valet so be prepared to pay for valet upon arrival. Within easy walking distance to more restaurants than you can visit. Disappointed that there wasn't a pool. Didn't like that price for breakfast went up if we didn't commit at check in. The price should be the same for guests regardless of when you decide to have it. Overall, a good experience "

"The property was incredibly clean, warm and a nice large room. It was very comfortable. The property had no restaurant or breakfast available, and felt like a ghost town. It shouldn’t be described as a resort, as it’s very clearly a motel. The check in staff and house keeping were polite. However was disappointed that when I phoned at8.30am to ask for a sachet of hot chocolate for my child, the lady at the front desk was rude and wouldn’t bring a sachet past the room, saying that housekeeping...

"Sudima - Rotorua was a nice stay. Staff were all lovely, check-in was easy, the staff in the breakfast room were friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff were super friendly. The amenities in the room could have been better but we only stayed one night so it was ok. Good value stay and very centrally located. "

"1 night stay after spending the day on the lake with a JetSki, the room was exactly what we needed with the inroom spa, clean and comfortable, lady at the reception was super friendly and welcoming and made no fuss when I asked if I could park the ute towing the JetSki needing to take up 3 car park lanes.
