"Staff helpful. Beds not the most comfortable (soft). No bottled water or snacks available. Breakfast was good!"

"Very attractive building on the outside and very nice lobby. Room was clean and has blackout shades. Carpet was clean and cushy. Small breakfast room but nice offerings."

"Clean room. Comfortable beds. Nice staff. Excellent breakfast. Conveniently located."

"Economic. Couldn’t understand lady at the desk. She couldn’t understand me. You get what you pay for. This motel was rated over an 8. I’ve learned the rating system means nothing."

"Bathroom was smelly and had a hole in the ceiling, fan was covered in dust. There was no breakfast I’m assuming because their ac was broke in the lobby, very hot and had fans blowing."

"Breakfast was fantastic"

"We didn’t even check in it was so filthy"

"Decent inn no swimming pool"

"I showed up at the property to check in and there was no one at the front desk. There was a number to call I called it numerous times and left messages after 30 min they called me back. And said they're phone was messed up and that they were at the property. I waited another 15 min and no one showed up. I tried calling them again and no answer. I ended up having to book a different hotel"

"A very small quaint Bed and Breakfast Jeff responded quickly with any questions and provided a great restaurant that we were able to walk to"

"We chose this hotel based on reviews but they clearly were not authentic. The place is in desperate need of maintenance. There were only 3 guests in the whole place (including us) and yet the front desk gal would not or could not figure out how to give us a bottom floor room with two beds. We used a third party app because it had a room with “a king bed and two twins” as an option. When we arrived, we were told they don’t have any rooms like that and we had to take the king bed on the 2nd floor....

"This place offers great bang for your buck. The inviting rooms definitely made it worth it."

"Super convenient location off Route 66,made exploring Elk City simple enough! Loved how accommodating the staff were."

"No problems "
