"Very nice property with and amazing rooftop pool view of copacabana, the breakfast buffet is a plus a lot of options, taste and price. All the staff very polite and helpful at all time. Only down limited view from rooms"

"First time in Rio and we enjoyed our hotel. Is has everything you could possibly need. Room was left cleaned everyday and the staff were all friendly. We had great A/C and that’s always a plus. Will book this same hotel at our next visit."

"Deberían mejorar sus habitaciones"

"everything was very nice and the staff was great, other than the front desk staff getting an extra $50 from me for a room upgrade (better view) and ended up giving me the same room that i initially reserved!"

"Gregori checked us in and was really nice. Great room and great restaurant staff."

"I stayed here for a conference and had a good experience overall. The food was good, though the hotel was very busy. My oceanfront room could have been cleaner, and the windows were poorly insulated. A pleasant stay, but room cleanliness and insulation could use improvement."

"Great place"

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Fairmont Rio Copacabana. The staff were very friendly and helpful during check-in and the views from the restaurant were amazing."

"The staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms are dated but clean. Did not try the breakfast but it seemed popular. Only negative was the charging for bottles of water. A bit nickel and dimming."

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The front desk clerk Mayra was so helpful and pleasant as we waited for our room to get ready. The food in the club house was amazing for breakfast and happy hour. Our only issue was the elevators. They were all over the place. Long wait time and sometimes the elevator wouldn’t stop on our floor. It was weird, but overall great stay! Great views and beach access!"

"Excellent customer service. The room was comfy, cool, and spacious. Awesome rooftop pool with bar. The breakfast was large with a variety of cold and hot options, pastries, fruit, and fresh juices. Right off the beach with included beach chairs and umbrella. Highly recommend!"

"Staff friendly Breakfast excellent"

"Locating was great , staff was nice and helpful with everything. Only complain from me is that the walls are very thin."

"Very large, clean room. The hotel was in a safe location with many friendly staff. The rooftop bar was outstanding and kept late hours. The breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety and made to order omlets. Location close to many excursions."
