"One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at."

"Excelente servicio y buena atención de parte del personal"

"Very helpful staff. The hotel is in a great location and safe."

"Staff are good, location great. Elevators not always working, key cards need updating everyday. Room was not so clean, under bead had not been cleaned for a long time. Other people socks and piece of fruit. Small bugs in shower, windows look out to a wall and airconditioners. Breakfast is really good."

"Disappointing experience. The hotel is old and looks different from the photos online. The lobby is small, and there is hardly any seating while waiting for the airport transfer. The staff were unhelpful, cant even heat up the outside delivery food using microwave. The rooftop pool is also very small."

"Es genuinamente, una de las mejores experiencias hoteleras que he vivido. Todo ultra luxury, digno de un hotel de 600$ la noche."
