"Very clean room, nice shower and air conditioning."

"The staff in the rooftop bar were hard to communicate with and not terribly warm. There was no blow dryer in our bathroom, which these days I consider a basic amenity, particularly because of the high room rate. It was very, very convenient!"

"We were only at the hotel for a few hours for a quick rest. I was unable to get the kiosk to work so had to go to the counter. The rep was nice at first but then got a bit frustrated because the booking was through Expedia but she finally figured it out. The room was much smaller than the pictures made it look. There were supposed to be two beds but it was only one and a chaise lounge with no bedding on it. This could be a fine place for a quick connection or layover. It just didn’t work for us-...

"السعار ممتاز ولاكن الاستقبال في فتره الصباح غير متعاون"

"We absolutely love our stays here!!! For any plane enthusiasts, this is the place! The staff are always so kind and friendly. From the reception staff to the cafe and everything in between! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!"

I spent 5 days in the lounge working while my mother recovered in our hotel room from heart surgery. In that time span, I noted many many people eating and drinking, including myself and I never once saw a table being wiped down. I saw the same drink and food stains everyday. Other than this one observation, I would stay here and again and...

"Abit chaotic with the refurb and staff not being very organised but the room was clean and comfortable."

"I cannot say enough about the desk staff at the Selwyn. We arrived bedraggled and exhausted and they helped us settle in, responded to every request with smiles and helpful suggestions, and were just wonderful. Thank you. The room was clean, beautiful, and very cozy (small), but very nicely laid out and had everything we needed. Thank you all for going the extra mile to help these tired Yanks. ❤️"
