"everything was fine and is very close to the airport."

"The three star rating is due to the fire alarm going off at 12:30am and no coordination from staff present. The majority of those staying at this hotel are doing so as they need to take early flights from the airport - I appreciate these things happen but it's how staff deal with these incidents that ease the situation. "Looks great but staff were neither plentiful nor helpful. No pool towels, pool was not very clean, staff were not helpful. Ate in the bar, one staff person who said literally said nothing to us. Took our order, returned with bar snacks (congealed to each other) and a basket of dry bread and the bill. "Bien !"

"The location is very remote from Lyon Centre for any traveller without a car. There's a bus stop across the hotel. A typical bus + metro ride to town takes approximately 45 minutes. The hotel has a good buffet-style breakfast and dinner menu. The syandard, double-bed room was spacious and the bed was comfortable."

"Absolutely wonderful hotel. Every aspect. Will book again."
