"I always do all inclusive, but this time I was traveling with picky eaters so I didn't. I couldn't even get ice or ice water at the hotel, only at breakfast (because I got breakfast included) I was told it was hotel policy, well that policy sucks. I travel a lot, and Rodos palace won't be in my future or my family's future accommodations."

"Toll!!!"

"Friendly staff"

"Keine 5 Sterne wert. Leider entspricht der Service aus unserer Sicht nicht dem Standard eines 5-Sterne-Hotels. Beim Frühstück fehlten teilweise Teller, nach der Zimmerreinigung waren plötzlich keine Handtücher vorhanden und auch an den Pool-/Strandtowel-Stationen gab es immer wieder Engpässe. Zudem gab es kein separates Fenster – die Balkontür war gleichzeitig die einzige...

No drinking water in the room though there was a fridge in the room. And when I went to the reception and asked from where can I have water, he replied that everything is closed at 12 a.m. even the bar and gave me a bottle of water. All the restaurants are closed even before 11 p.m., we wanted to have dinner at...

"Rundum perfekt :)"

"Einwandfrei!"

The evening bar had a really nice touch with tasty drinks and great outdoor area. There was quite a few dislikes. Even though the hotel felt modern the rooms didn’t. It was quite outdated. We stayed at the Mountain view room. The huge downside is at 7am you will hear the staff with their trolleys walking past the rooms which is incredibly loud and...
