"Great, would go again"

"I always do all inclusive, but this time I was traveling with picky eaters so I didn't. I couldn't even get ice or ice water at the hotel, only at breakfast (because I got breakfast included) I was told it was hotel policy, well that policy sucks. I travel a lot, and Rodos palace won't be in my future or my family's future accommodations."

"This is a lovely hotel. Everything is very clean and the pools are great, especially the service - the staff were amazing. The standouts are the a la carte restaurants, which can be used as many times as you want on all-inclusive. But for the price, I think it is a bit steep. The all-inclusive package is pretty restrictive; there are only three restaurants - 1 buffet which is very "samey" and the two a la cartes. The bars are limited, and the entertainment is not up to much. It is by far the...

"Overall a lovely resort and enjoyable stay. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and rooms were beautiful. A few small things which we found were worth a mention. The buggies made a loud beeping noise which woke us up most mornings and we did hear it at night too as they drove by. The half board menu was very limited with only one choice for dessert and starter and 2 mains to choose from. The breakfast buffet however was excellent."

"We really enjoyed our stay. We felt well looked after with staff asking multiple time if there was anything else they could do for us. My only feedback would be about the food. There wasn’t much variety and after a few days , it felt like I was eating the same food every day. If that can be improved, then it would be"

"It was a nice hotel but its not five star inside the rooms. We had a pool suite and the bathroom especially had seen better days. The room felt very sterile no soft furnishings, pictures or plants to soften the large tiled areas. There wasn't anything about the suite that made it feel special to be honest. We were right on the end room 426 and the pool and terrace really didn't get any sun after 10am but that was luck of the draw. The cleaner walked in every day regardless of the do not disturb...

"Einwandfrei!"

"According to it’s service it should not have five stars; no room service after 11 p.m. though it should be 24 hrs. No one was answering in the reception, I was calling since 11:30. No drinking water in the room though there was a fridge in the room. And when I went to the reception and asked from where can I have water, he replied that everything is closed at 12 a.m. even the bar and gave me a bottle of water. All the restaurants are closed even before 11 p.m., we wanted to have dinner at...

"We were upgraded to a room with a pool, which was lovely. Great beach area with lots of sunbeds and beautiful location. We didn’t have a car but it was fairly easy to get a taxi to go into Lindos and back."

"Very nice place will definitely go back"

"Very grand hotel, it is picturesque. What we enjoyed about the hotel is the location. On the beach and very lovely weather to enjoy by the pool. The evening bar had a really nice touch with tasty drinks and great outdoor area. There was quite a few dislikes. Even though the hotel felt modern the rooms didn’t. It was quite outdated. We stayed at the Mountain view room. The huge downside is at 7am you will hear the staff with their trolleys walking past the rooms which is incredibly loud and...

"Very modern clean hotel with everything you could need for a relaxing comfortable stay. Service from the staff throughout the hotel was exceptional, food and drinks served in the restaurant and around the pool area was always tasty and top quality. Would highly recommended to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in Rhodes"

"Rooms not as described extremely misleading imagery on here and we tried two. Both were dirty handprints all over surfaces, rooms smelled of smoke, cracked sink, dirty bath, old beds the list goes on. We asked for another room then asked for our money back after being given a second similar room, refund of any kind was refused although expedia offered 100 euro of 1000 for 5 nights. We left and booked elsewhere as we were just married and did not want to ruin our short trip. We have since taken...

"Wonderful Hotel !!"
