"Great location. Easy walk to the beach and many restaurants. Quiet side street if in the suites building. Staff was very helpful. Cons: Unsecured elevator in suites building. The lobby is on the second floor and they don't see who is coming and going. The bottom of our door was 2 or 3 inches from the floor. Very unsafe and annoyingly bright/loud. A towel solved some of it but still wasn't great. Pool was in other building so had to walk across road. The beds were just okay and room was clean...

"Front desk, waiters/waitresses and shuttle staff were all wonderful. Housekeeping was the weak link as for three out of five nights, they did not even show for the room without calling the front desk. Once there, housekeeping services were fine. If not for this, our overall assessment would have been excellent."

"Rooms and hallways were small and cramped deck. Loved the walk in shower, comfortable bed."

"Our stay was very good. Other than external noise, some sirens, it was great. The gym, restaurant (Flemings), front desk staff and valet were all terrific. Friendly, attentive and informative. We walked to an event at the Amica Pavilion and the front desk gave us detailed, accurate instructions on how to get there. We will stay here again and recommend them highly."

"We really enjoyed this hotel and we would stay here again! It is more affordable than similar properties that are right within Newport but is still an easy ten or so minute drive into the heart of Newport. The property was clean and modern. I wish we had time to use the heated pool!"

"Large clean room"

"We love staying here. It's very clean and our room was updated and very nice. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is just out of town and a quick drive to the beach."

"Great stay!"

"veryclean"

"Put it this way. The only good thing about that hotel is getting a room that overlooks the ocean so you can see the sunset in the morning. Other than that there’s really no coffee bar. The staff isn’t helpful and the place is musty and it smells bad and it just seems rundown, but they can get away with jacking up the prices.. That was the Atlantic housemark"

"Decent hotel, great staff. On-site restaurant is excellent, but a little expensive. Close to all pertinent areas of Newport."

"I stayed in the main guest house the view was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was a short walk down to town."

"It was a really nice hotel, but for the price you think you’d even get complementary breakfast. I definitely think it should’ve been cheaper. After purchasing my stay there were so many other nice hotels for half the price. Still really nice place and staff was great."
