"So close to the airport that we didn’t need a taxi, which was why we chose it. We walked to it from the car rental return (of note, there’s also a Holiday Inn Express near by and we accidentally started heading in that direction). When dropping off our luggage, additional signs would be helpful as the entrance to the hotel was close to the airport parking and was confusing. The building is clearly a 1960/70s structure, and the concrete architecture is quite stark and not particularly appealing. "The staff at this lovely restored 18th century building is exceptional. There is a bar inside and a lovely back garden space where we enjoyed the sunshine after a day touring the Paisley Abbey and Sma Shot Cottages nearby. The breakfast we chose (salmon, scrambled eggs and toast) was excellent. Comfy beds, lovely decor and good water pressure in the showers. Also very close to the airport. We picked up sausage rolls and scones from the market on the Saturday morning before our flight."
