"This was my first trip to Shenandoah National Park and the cottage was very close to Old Rag and Whiteoak Canyon. My friend and I appreciated how Jimm came out to greet us when we first arrived. He was also very easy to communicate with throughout the trip. We really enjoyed wine tasting and listening to the birds at the cottage. It was nice to learn about the history of the cottage and the area. Thank you for a great time!"

"The cottage was well appointed and fun. The bathroom and bedroom are on different levels so be prepared for that. It was nice having the hot tub but it had a ton of bugs in it. The views and land were beautiful. Never able to find the animals and the office was closed on a Sunday so no one to ask for assistance. The directional arrows at the property are very confusing. "

Immaculate and comfortable, the bedrooms and baths were perfect for us. We made little use of the kitchen beyond morning tea but it seemed fully equipped. We loved walking on th grounds and to the winery. Highly recommended."

"Wonderful trip! The host/home owner was so nice and so helpful. She gave detailed instructions on everything before we got there which made the entire stay go smoothly. The cottage was roomy, clean and more than we even expected. Oxana saw us outside and when she saw we had 2 toddlers, she showed us toys she had available for them to play with. She really goes above and beyond for guests. Highly recommend this place!"
