"Not the cleanest or most maintained, but it's still good for the price. Everyone was very nice and the breakfast had a wide variety of options, which is appreciated. Our only complaint really is a lot of light comes in the room from outside and its all night long. If you or your kids need a dark room to sleep, this may not be the property for you. We didn't sleep good."

"Room very clean and well maintained staff was very helpful and friendly very accommodating to me in my wheelchair. The breakfast was out of this world. I would stay there 1 million times just for the breakfast. The air conditioner was wonderful no problems. Very great vacation."

"The Staff was excellent. However, for a new property there are issues. First of all, it was clear by the lingering smell a dog had lived in my room before my arrival. The smell of urine remained present. Also, a couple of the fixtures in my room were broken. Maintenance's attempts to repair the issues (eg broken toilet paper roll) was not helpful. The breakfast options are very limited. No, fresh or hot food options, other than make your own waffles. Everything looked like it came out...

"Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The floor in the room was covered in bobbie pins. Residue on the night stands. Wheel broken off on the desk which made it almost fall over. Carpet looked like it hadn’t been swept in years. Pool was a green color and so dirty you couldn’t see bottom. Trash on the bottom of the pool."

It offers the best of both worlds, just a short drive into town for shopping and enjoying all that Oxford has to offer, yet tucked away far enough in the countryside to provide true peace and quiet. "Beautiful setting. Very convenient to Oxford. Good for families. Relaxing and great for quality time to unplug. Be attentive to beds and shower set up. Bunk treehouse is separate and best for children. Two queen beds are in loft, not separate bedroom. One fully private bedroom. One shower inside and one shower on lower level is very nice but you do need to go outside to get to it. "

"We had six guys in total traveling to the area for a guys' fishing trip. The house was located in the country and was well-suited for fishing on the various lakes. The house was clean and worked well for the group."
