We had a good stay at Comfort Suites in Batesville. We extended our stay through Expedia and were initially told we would have to check out of one room and into another the next day, which seemed unnecessary. Thankfully, the manager that morning was very accommodating and allowed us to stay in our original room. We really appreciated her flexibility! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast had plenty of choices. The pool was closed for maintenance, which wasn’t mentioned when booking, but it didn’t affect us since we had a busy weekend. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at a reasonable price, and we’d definitely consider staying again.

The room was clean and the hotel was nice for the most part, but the elevator was out and my room was on the 3rd floor. Also, it looks like there’s some kind of construction going on so there’s equipment and dust in certain areas. Other than that the hotel was quiet in a nice area surrounded my stores and restaurants.

The water was lukewarm at best. Furniture in the room and the lobby was dirty. The curtains are for looks and don’t close so the parking lot lights fill the room like you’re sleeping with the lights on. The room was recently renovated but the finish was sad. When asked prior to the stay if we would have hot water, they said renovations were complete and that was resolved but when we arrived, yellow cones were in the lobby, pool was closed, and room next to was still under construction. Completely lied. On the plus side, bed and pillows were comfortable.

The hotel has potential! I was impressed with the suite size! Room was clean. Didn’t smell musty like some hotel rooms. Lots of renovations going on so the pool wasn’t available. Could’ve had a few lightbulbs replaced in our room for better lighting. Everyone was very nice! Will be staying there again soon!

(As of the last week of August 2026). They are doing a massive re-model. There was no noise but construction material was staged everywhere and the hallways were filled with furniture. Personally, I really didn't mind it but I wish I had known when booking, I may have made a different choice. If you are sensitive to smells, like new carpet, paint. I would pass on this place. The breakfast was awesome. I felt safe but the construction clutter made it feel messy.
