"The whole hotel smells like sewage; it was a horrible experience. There is no beach, and accessing the sea is impossible. Belongings go missing, and the hotel takes no responsibility. The only good thing: they have wonderful people working there. Iberostar markets the hotel as a 5-star property, but it barely reaches a 3-star standard. I need a refund or compensation (my AirPods went missing on the hotel premises)."

"Beautiful resort! I reccomend the swim up rooms! The staff is attentive and courteous! Great food and drinks! I highly recommend!"

"Staff was lovely. Great pool. B"

"Overall had a great experience. My only concerns were some of the areas of the resort including a pool were closed for construction. I was not notified before hand. The sinks in the room would get clogged. The resort credit was useless to me. I was not able to do the hydrotherapy because apparently it had to be booked days in advance so when I went to do it it was book until the next day which we were leaving."

"Great experience! This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we absolutely love it! We’re always happy to come back and look forward to staying here again!"

"Food, pool and beach are nice"

"Someone threw up in pool 3 complaints until they Did something this is a health issue - pool should of been shut down immediately for cleaning!!!!"

"The staff are very familiar with us"

"Great place"

"Absolutely beautiful property. Food was okay, wish it tasted more authentic. Drinks were amazing. Only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is how annoying the staff was at pressuring you to purchase time shares. Mind you I own timeshares and their value for the price is not worth it what so ever. Cesar and Raul at the boat party hands down was amazing and if you go please attend the Mexican celebration you will not regret it. Also went to xplor, the excursions are so much fun and if your staying...

"We absolutely were blown away by the property and the staff was the best! Our best vacation ever! The ceviche was absolutely on point!"
