"It was the perfect environment"

"Hotel is nice but too quiet for us. There was 2 Restaurants closed. But overall it was nice. I was expecting more luxury tbh"

"Clean hotel and amazing staff. We had an issue with room service and the customer service was amazing! It’s a beautiful hotel and definitely plan on coming back! I loved the access to breathless amenities."

"Love the beach"

"I stayed here Oct 8-11 or my birthday weekend trip and I can honestly say that this resort exceeded all my expectations. "The staff are very familiar with us"

"Huge property with lots of amenities. Stand outs were the kids indoor clubhouse, waterpark, and the quality of the food was exceptional."

"Excellent stay at Riu Palace Las Américas! Great location, friendly staff, and everything we needed. Our tours picked us up right at the hotel, which made exploring easy. We loved the pools and had a great time at the parties. The crowd leaned older, and we made lots of new friends and connections throughout our stay. A fun, welcoming atmosphere—would definitely stay again!"

"We absolutely were blown away by the property and the staff was the best! Our best vacation ever! The ceviche was absolutely on point!"

"Amazing staff, So kind and sweet"
