"Great location. Staff amazing. Xcaret included wow!"

"We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at this resort and it was undoubtedly yhe best resort we'd ever stayed at. The staff was always so friendly and eager to accommodate, the food was top notch and all the amenities and beautiful sceneries were on point. We can't wait to go back"

"Great travel"

"They can do so much better honestly. First vacation I couldn’t wait to go back home. No entertainment, the place is falling apart, pool is so so dirty I mean dirty, food is always the same EVERYDAY. Staff were super nice and I loved the coffee shop. I will never be going back here though. Me or the 3 other families that came with me."

"The staff are very familiar with us"

"Excellent property! Tons to do. I found the hotel to be in need of maintenance! The pools were not very clean. Also, we had a bad experience on our last night with a weird chemical odor in our room. The hotel was quick to change our room which was appreciated but that raised a red flag for us on the maintenance of the property and the safety of the systems."

"So beautiful 😍 specially the staff very friendly respectful l, feel like 👍 you already family i really appreciate you all"

"We absolutely were blown away by the property and the staff was the best! Our best vacation ever! The ceviche was absolutely on point!"
