"Beautiful resort! I reccomend the swim up rooms! The staff is attentive and courteous! Great food and drinks! I highly recommend!"

"Everything about our stay was wonderful, with one disappointing exception on our last day when we requested transportation to the airport. Estrella from the reservations office was rude and dismissive when she informed us that the shuttle transportation had to be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. I explained that I wasn’t aware of this requirement and didn’t recall being informed. She then pulled up a document I had signed and stated, in a condescending tone, that I had been informed and...

Also went to xplor, the excursions are so much fun and if your staying...

"We absolutely were blown away by the property and the staff was the best! Our best vacation ever! The ceviche was absolutely on point!"

"Slow service In many cases. Bars close at 11.00pm. Snack bar has very stale and limited option to eat, and most options are completely unhealthy also. Pool closes by 7.00pm..this is ridiculous. it's supposed to be Adults only, so there are no kids, why would the pool be closed while the sun is just setting. out of 5 restaurants one or two would be closed daily."
