"I happened to be assigned to a nice-view room. The check-in lobby on 10th floor is well indicated when you just step into the hotel. They should have a large and clear sign of direction. In addition, for some reason it took me a lot time to find the hotel per my GPS. It is very easy to miss it when driving. Again, hope the hotel has better-to-see large sign"

"Not within the hotel's immediate control but with all the roadwork going on in the area, finding the location from out of town was quite a hassel. I wish Expedia would not have listed the facility...I would not have chosen it if mention was made of the inconvenience to find the place with the construction. Furthermore the hotel should have had signage to facilitate easy access. The room was clean, but the blinds were not working to block the light from the pool area and the hallway noise was...

"One of the premier hotels of the world! A treasure and a gem! Suite was AMAZING!! Definitely memorable and will return."

"Although there was construction right in front of the hotel, the location was quite convenient as it’s close to the mall and easy to access the highways. However, they could do a better job allocating some parking spots out front for people checking in as the parking garage is easy to miss. Needless to say it could be really chaotic out front. "Près de tout. L’emplacement s’est détérioré avec les années et aucun entretien est fait. Rideau de douche tellement sale…. L’entretien ménager est médiocre."

"This hotel is such a gem! I will definitely stay there again!"

"Need to rethink the bar and restaraunt. Neither was appealing. Need a happy hr or house credits for bar."

"A cozy place to stay and quiet. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants. Easy walk to catch the on off bus for touring. Clean rooms."

"Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant kudos to all. Special shout out to dining room and bar staff, you people made the trip memorable. Hope to see you all again soon."

"The bathroom was clean and in good working order.. but the rooms were quite dated. The flooring was coming apart moldings were falling off and overall the room had a feeling of disrepair"

"Great hotel close to the bell centre"
