"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location to the falls."

"Excellent view of the Falls from our top-floor room. All were good except that the carpet of the floor was fairly worn, and a small water leak of the tub faucet, and the seal of the shower door. The location is convenient."

"Very friendly staff, great location with only a short walk to the Incline Railway, and a pleasant walkway to the Casino, but most importantly Applebee’s Restaurant right next door with very friendly staff as well."

"A great location to stay, everything you need is under one roof."

"The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend."

"our stay at Harrison Hot Springs Resort and Spa was great. Well maintained hot springs. It would be great if they can expand further to add different hot spring pool experiences. Our room was quite old but it was still a good room for the price but it needs upgrading or renovating soon. Maybe next time we will try to book the newer rooms."

"There is no smart tv the hotel is very very old Some if the ice and vending machine is not working . Just be sure when you booked its not FALLS VIEW it a REVIER VIEW which is totally different"

"True this is an older facility. It is kept immaculately!!! The staff were friendly, the rooms were very clean. The pool and sauna as well as steam room were a bonus. The hotel is conveniently located a five minute walk to LRT (line 5) and we were downtown in 40 minutes. The Donway shops were a 5 minute drive where shopping was excellent. The food in the restaurant was both delicious and reasonably priced. We enjoyed the sense of community in the hotel: travellers, students in residence...

"Convenient for concert I was attending. Limited dining options for families."

"This was our second time at the Bonaventure and it’s truly a lovely and unique property. This time we were able to explore the facility a little more and it really is a one of a kind architectural space in the city , surrounded by serene , built in garden pathways and ponds. Very zen and grand at the same time. Built at a time when spaces were unique , generous and expansive. We didn’t want to leave and will be back for sure!"

"Great stay"

"Very friendly stuff they guide you properly about property and Waterpark room was clean my kids enjoy a lot"

"Staff excellent, management and security was poor to say the least! There was an incident where a person was allowed into the dining room whose behaviour was disturbing, schizophrenic like…perhaps on hard drugs… to the point my wife and daughter were fearful. We asked to be moved from our table to a more secure location in the dining room. Other patrons felt the same way. When we went to the front desk to ask to speak with the manager on duty, there was no one and no security in the building...

"Great location, staff very friendly. Loved after we checked out we were allowed to leave our vehicle in the parking lot till 4pm, that was very convenient for us. The view from the observatory was amazing"
