"Parking was a bit confusing until you speak with front desk, they explain it! Our room was clean but old and seemed a bit beat up... also had an issue with the toilet but the maintenance crew was very fast to have it resolved. Bed was comfortable and pillow are too thick for us but that's a personal comfort comment. It's also pretty quiet at night. We didn't try the pool are but went to visit it, seemed clean! We didn't try the restaurant either, we did take out from a highly rated sushi place...

"❤️ everything, loved we could walk everywhere and not have to use a car"

"Great hotel amenities!"

"More than satisfied each visit. A go too"

A group of people were smoking weed in a room adjacent to mine and it could be felt from the hallway. Lights flickering on the hallway, dirty carpets and windows, dirt spots on lamps. Some elevator buttons didn't seem to be working either. I didn't shower there. The hotel takes a $200...

"Rooms are very clean. Parking is great and location is excellent - a walking distance to the public transport (metro is very convenient to go around the city). It would be nice if the bequeath was included."

"Bien situé et bon service"

"The place is very convenient for traveling, near to downtown shopping center and small place have kitchen like studio !"

"Excellent hotel, nice and modern with tons of amenities just steps from the walled city. Delightful staff. Nice to have a St. Hubert rotisserie on premises with some healthy options after two weeks of brasserie food. Loved the Francophone program put in place by the owners, it filled my heart with joy to see the childhood portraits of famous Québecers like Gilles Vignault and Pauline Julien. C'est mon nouveau hôtel de référence à Québec."
