"We had a great time staying here, we spent 3 nights with our almost 2 years old baby and the staff were amazing and super nice and helpful. A special thanks to Quinn, she went above and beyond for us and was extremely helpful booking our tours from the hotel. Bicycles are available for free use in the entrance. I will absolutely stay here again when I visit Phong Nha "

"The service was impeccable. We stayed there when a typhoon went through. The owner while staying up all night monitoring thé facility still checked our train schedule at 5am to ensure that it had not been cancelled and updated us of the delays, ordered our taxi and had breakfast packed to go. "

"The resort is in an area that is currently being developed and as it only opened in March there were a couple of services that were not yet available. Having said that, our villa was superb and the menu choices were great and food delicious and beautifully presented. Staff were very friendly and helpful and would highly recommend staying there"
