"This hotel is absolutely stunning with an incredible view of Halong Bay. The room and facilities are some of the best I have experienced. The food and drinks are reasonable priced for a 5 star hotel and the staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for your stay at Halong Bay"

"We had a very relaxing stay and the rooms and spa were spectacular! Fruit and sweet treats were there on our arrival. Had a great experience!"

"Beautiful location but there was a smell of sewage coming from our bathroom. Staff came and sprayed a scent and left, the scent returned. Pools indoor and outdoor can be maintained better, surprised it is a 5 star hotel. Does not allow outside food"

"Clean big room"

"Nice Hotel with nearby restaurants and activities. Friendly staffs and clean amenities. Only issue is that the thermostat controller for the gym is not in the room, hence there's no air conditioning even during the gym opening hours unless there's a staff member nearby to turn it on for you."

"This is my third stay at the Watson premium hotel in the last 3 years. Our room has a balcony which faces the ocean is really nice. The comfy king size bed with a clean room is a big draw for us. The staffs are very welcoming and helpful. Location is good as it is close to food, coffee places and amenities. Our buffet breakfast is recommended. They offered a good variety and quality. We love to stay at the hotel every time we go to Halong bay."

Light switches within easy reach once in bed and lots of natural light which could be controlled with double lights. Breakfast was adequate with a number of choices, from fruit...
