"This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is incredibly hospitable. Nothing is an issue. They treated us as if we were the only guests staying in the resort, even when there were plenty of other guests. The restaurant served great breakfast and dinner and the pool and grounds were very beautiful. You can’t go wrong in choosing this property for your stay."

"Beautiful hotel with a great restaurant and very friendly and attentive staff. We did the 2 day temple tour which was very good despite the weather which unfortunately meant we couldn’t do the sunset or sunrise activities. Kai was an excellent guide and we made the best of it in the rain!"

"everything was great. I celebrated my 25th birthday here and the only issue I had was that the air conditioning sometimes wouldn’t blow cold air and I felt hot at times during the night. Otherwise the staff was able to accommodate my laundry needs and also suggest areas where I could find entertainment, very polite staff, and would definitely stay again."

"Si llega en autobús de larga distancia, la estación de autobuses Capitol se encuentra a solo 370 metros, lo que le permite ir caminando con su equipaje en lugar de tener que gestionar transporte adicional. Construido y totalmente renovado en 2023, el hotel cuenta con solo 32 habitaciones, lo que garantiza un ambiente tranquilo y sin aglomeraciones. El templo Wat Preah Prom Rath y el mercado ANM Khmer están a poca distancia a pie; además, se ofrecen masajes en las instalaciones y el personal puede organizar visitas guiadas locales personalizadas si prefiere no encargarse usted mismo de la planificación. Un establecimiento de pequeña escala que ofrece un gran confort."

"The staff at the Metta were absolutely amazing, kind, welcoming, and so helpful. Some of the best hotel service we have ever had. That said, the cleanliness of the hotel and the general upkeep are not 5 stars. When we checked in there was a dead frog on the floor of our hotel room, lots of bugs in the bathroom and bedrooms, hair from the previous guests still on the bathroom counter, and more mold than one would expect, even in a tropical hotel. We stayed in the private pool suite and the outside furniture was solid mold. To the point you absolutely couldn't use it. The main pool was better but the furniture and bar also showed a lot of wear and tear. The food was okay, the breakfast had a good selection. The cocktails were very good and very reasonable. Service in the restaurant was great though! The service was absolutely 5 stars, but the hotel facilities and cleanliness were not what we had hoped for."

"The staff is very courteous, the service was excellent. They offered cold wet towel and cold water whenever you returned to the hotel after walking around the neighbourhood or out sightseeing. The breakfast buffet was delicious and is based on dishes made. Not the typical international buffet."
