Only thing I did not like was the swim up bar was only open on the weekend, the jacuzzi for some was closed kinda sucked bcuz with the days getting shorter the pool will get cold and the jacuzzi is a good alternative….The food at all locations was delicious I thought it was slightly overpriced. One of the best things was the house keepers most ppl overlook...

"Wow! La Concha was truly an amazing experience. If you just want to Vacation and not leave your room this is the place to stay! The valet guys were so helpful and nice to greet you to assist with ANY help. As soon as you walked into La Concha the smell took your breath away with the clean scent I've never smelled. You have everything at your fingertips from food to entertainment for you to enjoy steps from your room. Everything was BEAUTIFUL in EVERY area with GREAT staff in each area of La...

"It was definitely a wonderful stay. We had a beautiful balcony ocean view. I love this hotel it’s definitely a must try. It does have lighting issues near the mirrors in the room and the shower is really small but overall it’s a beautiful clean environment,"

"Room was dirty could’ve definitely done a better job compared to the other hotels I stayed in San Juan"
