"Everything we possibly needed on the trip was available to us. Full kitchen w accessories. The staff was very friendly and assisted us w towels and toiletries delivering to the room. The view from the balcony is amazing. While on vacation my spouse had a medical emergency and staff quickly rushed to his aid and provided support. Thank you to all the staff you guys really are doing amazing job."

Also, I paid extra for an ocean view room and I got a rainforest view room. I’m disappointed and won’t be returning. The roots breakfast buffet was DISGUSTING and $35 per person. The drinks were not cold, the food was not hot, the AC wasn’t working, it was just a nightmare."

"A perfect vacation getaway! All of the staff were so nice and helpful! We will definitely come back. FYI the waves at the beach are pretty big with a strong undertow which we were not expecting so you may have to consider going to a beach with calmer waters if you have young kids- it’s an easy, quick uber ride to one of those beaches."

"This place was absolutely beautiful! The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were super clean! The customer service was unexpectedly trash, the bartenders weren’t upbeat and nice. They were dry and miserable it gave off that they were sick of working there. The drinks were $17 and taste like water! "They staff were so nice they held my luggage for me , the room was very clean the view was my favorite part it was so pretty at night . I loved the gym as well as the Spa the massage therapist was so nice, and the breakfast buffet is sooooooo good. didn’t get a chance to explore the amenities in the sister hotel but the one time I did go over I really enjoyed it. Highly recommend I will stay again."
