"It had bad smell in bathroom and no AC."

"Clean room"

"Our stay at Emotions Hodelpa Puerto Plata was overall good, and the hotel has the potential to offer a wonderful vacation experience. We were there for a week. The food was really good although there was not a lot of variety. However, several aspects of our stay were disappointing, especially considering that we were celebrating our honeymoon. We expected a little extra attention and care for such a special occasion. Before our arrival, we had communicated a few requests related to our...

"Everybody was pretty nice. The food is the same every day. That’s what bothers me mostly"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! Everything was excellent from beginning to end. The room was beautiful, comfortable, spotless, and very well maintained. The amenities were fantastic, the facilities were lovely, and the food was delicious. "My biggest Biggest issue was they charge my deposit for a dirty towel and pillow case! That’s what cleaning product are for! That is totally unacceptable!"

"A nice hotel, very clean. Very friendly staff. Big rooms, high ceiling, A/C. Overall, this place deserves 5 stars but the restaurant, really drags this hotel down. Extremly long wait to receive our meals, cold. 45 minutes to 1 hour to wait for breakfast. Also, internet did not reach all the bed rooms which was annoying. Not major but still something to mention. Besides that, everything this hotels brings up is great"

"We really wanted to like this hotel. Before we even got here, I called with short notice to he fair to arrange transportation, the first person told us it had to be done 3 days earlier and the other one 1 week earlier. Is not stated anywhere. They gave me a taxi driver phone number and he was great! We got to our room and it was nice, the door a little hard to open and the balcony sliding door it was hard to open too and made a really loud noise. After a day the door wouldn’t open anymore and...

Me encantó, transmite mucha paz y tranquilidad.

"The front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the room was also infested with flies, and we had to deal with them throughout the entire night. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. I expected a much higher level of cleanliness and professionalism from the hotel."
