"Clean room, lobby staff was perfect"

"Very nice staff"

"Una de las peores estadía que he tenido en un resort, cuando llegamos la habitación estaba recién pintada, no podíamos estar del fuerte olor, pedimos cambio y la nueva habitación no estaba muy lejos de la primera, llegué a casa con afectación respiratoria y mucho dolor de cabeza. De las cosas positivas, la comida 10/10 y la mayoría del personal muy amable. El resort necesita mantenimiento, pero no significa que deban hacerlos con los huéspedes dentro. Sinceramente, no quedé con deseos de...

"We really wanted to like this hotel. Before we even got here, I called with short notice to he fair to arrange transportation, the first person told us it had to be done 3 days earlier and the other one 1 week earlier. Is not stated anywhere. They gave me a taxi driver phone number and he was great! We got to our room and it was nice, the door a little hard to open and the balcony sliding door it was hard to open too and made a really loud noise. After a day the door wouldn’t open anymore and...

"Place was very nice and ALL the staff were fantastic and very communicative. Beach is in walking distance and they also do have golf carts to bring you around free of charge. I would absolutely return again."

"Clean Room"

"Hotel was cleaned. But there was not hot water."

"Absolutely loved my stay! The accommodations were pristine, and I loved the relaxed boho style. It was peaceful and quiet, and the delicious breakfast available upon request the night before was such a nice touch. The property is also located inside a gated community, which adds an extra sense of security. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The room was very clean. The breakfast was amazing and parking was available at all times"

"Espectacular. Mi tercera vez. De mis lugares favoritos en RD. Integral, tiene para todos los gustos. Seguiré viniendo."

"A nice hotel, very clean. Very friendly staff. Big rooms, high ceiling, A/C. Overall, this place deserves 5 stars but the restaurant, really drags this hotel down. Extremly long wait to receive our meals, cold. 45 minutes to 1 hour to wait for breakfast. Also, internet did not reach all the bed rooms which was annoying. Not major but still something to mention. Besides that, everything this hotels brings up is great"
