"The room was clean. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good. The latte was excellent. Excellent location near Rialto Market vaporetto stop, and an easy walk to shops, restaurants and gelato. My room was on the third floor, with no elevator, so difficult to haul baggage up 2 flights of stairs. My room was supposed to have a twin and a double bed. The double was good, but the twin was a chair bed (like a sofa bed but a twin). It was not a real bed and was uncomfortable. The...

"We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel has such a warm, family-like atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the service was wonderful. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely come back. Highly recommend! ❤️"

"Excellent clean and conveniently located air conditioned hotel with cheerful, helpful staff. As it was our first time to Venice we particularly appreciated being met at the airport and assisted by Francesca. Be aware that in Italy when you’re on the 3rd floor that’s North American 4th and there is no elevator. Francesca carried our bags up and the daily trips up and down certainly strengthened our legs! Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The hotel’s rooms are tiny but somehow it quite fits in Venice. Staff was super nice and so was breakfast"

"Breakfast was mediocre. Room seemed cramped."

"Great"

"Great location"

"Beautiful hotel, excellent staff, quiet location. Highly recommend! Only suggestion: floor in the shower is very slippery and needs some adaptation to reduce fall risk."

"The property and hotel in general were very clean. The staff was very helpful- we did book transportation via water taxi through their services and we arrived 15 minutes late due to plane delays and they do disclose they will not wait, I was not able to be properly connected with anyone to talk about alternative times for them to pick us up. We pivoted to using the public water taxi nearby but it was frustrating being transferred multiple times and no resolution. Otherwise the staff was very...

"Positives: well located and only three minute walk from the Grand Canal Rialto Bridge stop, breakfast was very good with lots of variety and the front desk staff was vey helpful. Negatives: the bed was rock hard and the air conditioning was so hard to regulate that we gave up and opened a window to shut it off. The towels were old and worn including one with a hole in it."

"convenient, pool"
