"We stayed one night on Oct 1st, nice and clean hotel, helpful staff. The only thing that I didn't like is that they changed the room before we arrived as we were 3 people. I booked a queen and 2 twins room online and they changed it to one queen and one twin. Me and my son are big guys and it was not comfortable for us. They let us do 1 hour late check out instead. Next time I will make sure they don't change the room as I paid more for the bigger room."

"The room was wonderful"

"Great staff. They helped us with many things. The breakfast is fantastic!"

"It was clean and pretty"

"Great location near the Metro. Well maintained with helpful friendly staff. Excellent breakfast to start off your day!"

"The location is fantastic, right near the metro and so many restaurants and little shops. Hotel is small and on a very quiet little side alley. There’s an elevator to help if you have heavy luggage. Staff at front desk really helpful. Nice little courtyard to enjoy in the back."

"Very good service and generous."

"Room and hotel are very clean but location is not most convenient as there is not much around and kind off felt spooky neighborhood with abandoned business buildings and graffiti."

"Clean room"

"The hotel is in a very convenient, quiet, and safe location in Rome. For our first night we were in a room on the top floor. It had a great view but the ceilings were soooo low that my 6'4" husband kept hitting his head on the sloped ceilings. On top of that, our AC was broken. We tried to get the room changed the first night, but the hotel was booked. They had our rooms changed the next day and then it was really great. We also appreciated that they just moved everything for us while we were...

"A nice hotel though the room (Premium Double Room) was very small (not much larger than the bed). Location is fine and hotel staff was quite helpful getting cabs when I needed one."

"Restarant excellent, too. Only complaint is that shelf space in bathroom too small - for most women. Staff is most helpful and welcoming!"

"Staff was attentive and helpful. Not enough towels, Two guest and only 4 hangers, had to ask for 2 more. First time I didn’t pack my own shampoo and they didn’t have any (just body soap combines hair-wash). I walked out to see the front desk and couldn’t get back into my unit (locked out) due to keeping things secure. I had to wake up my roommate to go open the door to our unit."

"Nice hotel. Good location. We were promised a bottle of wine on our reservation upon checking but didn’t receive one."
