"We stayed one night before going on our cruise, within walking distance from the train station, restaurants and shops. Buffet breakfast was very good and the courtyard was a nice place to relax. Staff was very helpful."

"Location great for waiting on cruise pickup"

"Excelente atención de Laura y su compañero al llegar al hotel, casi 11 pm. Ubicación muy buena, muy cerca de puerta del Sol y la Gran Vía. Desayuno muy completo Volveré"

"NH Ravenna is in a great location, right across from Dante's grave, a beautiful church, many grocery stores within walking distance, pharmacies, ATMs, and quite a few five-star restaurants (reservations on weekends required). The rooms are clean and sparse, but good for Europe. The bed is hard, which is typical of Italy. Breakfast is outstanding. Staff were wonderful. The rooms are not insulated, so bring a fan or noise maker, and the air conditioning is shut off at night (fall/winter), but...

"Although the hotel seems a little on the older side, it was clean and the staff was friendly! Train station is near so it’s very walkable with luggage. Stayed here before our cruise. They even offer a free shuttle to the port and it was fast and efficient."

"It is a hidden gem Absolutely awesome hotel Staff go overboard to answer your questions and help you feel welcome The beach view was fantastic and beach access had many lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach at no extra charge Also the pool area was central in hotel with lounge chairs for sunning, very nice Bicycles were available for 4euro for 4hrs , Lots of restaurants in area but the hotel restaurant is excellent to eat at, breakfast had a large selection and was excellent Dinner was also...

"Great location! Amazing service. LOVED our apartment!"

"Wonderful staff and very good place to stay!"

"A really lovely hotel but the stars of the show are the staff on the main desk. They were so helpful and professional. Spotlessly clean, a nice breakfast, which is a rarity in Italian hotels. The bed was super comfortable, I don't think I woke up all night. Lots of gorgeous places to walk around the area. Cruise transfers pick up from right outside."

"Hotel bonito, limpio el staff del lobby excelente y la ubicación al puerto de cruceros lo mejor"

"Ten minute walk from the station supermarket just around the corner great restaurants near by great for a pre cruise stay"

"Flawless Stay – Highly Recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic experience at this accommodation. The room was absolutely spotless and comfortable, and the entire property was well-maintained. What really made our stay special was the superb staff. A huge thank you to Laura and her male colleague at the desk (whose name escapes me, but he was fantastic!) for being so incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. We truly had nothing to complain about during our time here. I highly...

"Personeel was vriendelijk en hulpzaam. Als je wilt parkeren regel het direct bij het boeken anders moet je verderop in Cervia een gratis parkeerplek zoeken. De 4 persoons kamer die ik had was ruim, de badkamer daarentegen heel klein."

"This was a lovely property in the heart of Ravenna! Comfortable bed, clean modern bathroom, and close to all of the mosaics. I loved the fact that there was a common room with a fridge and stove, water cooler, coffee maker, etc. They also include a complimentary breakfast…we almost didn’t stay, but were so glad we did. They offer quite an array of pastries, fruit, juices, and coffee. And it was so nicely set up to eat in the back garden! I would highly recommend this place!"

"Pulito e comodo accesso anche dal vialetto esterno. Carino il portico con giardino."

"Hotel comodo e posizionato in maniera intelligente per soggiornare a MiMa."

"Clean room, comfy bed, great breakfast"
