"We really loved our vacation. I could not give it a five stars because we had one problem our dining at one of the al a carte restaurants. We were brought a steak and wine that was an upsell and was not told the price before we ordered. At the end of the dinner we received a bill for 300 euro. If we knew the prices I would have never ordered a 200 dollar bottle of wine. We explained the problem at check out to the manager and were told that the restaurant told them we looked at the menu. Which...

"If you are looking for old-world charm, this fabulous hotel has it in spades. This is every bit a 5 star hotel. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and the staff is impeccable. Attention to detail is the rule. Breakfast was fabulous and the lobby is a wonderful place to relax and have a drink after a night out. At first the neighborhood seemed a bit on the gritty side, but that seems to be much less of an issue after we got the hang of things and were more comfortable. We think...

"We loved our stay here. The private beach was fantastic and the onsite restaurant was great. A little outside of Cefalù but very easy to get to town by foot or taxi."

"Great location and hotel!"

"It was a nice stay but the shower seal was broken and the pools are freezing and so cold, the food was ok the breakfast was stale and the steak had this very weird thing in it, There where flys everywhere and they made us late for our pasta class and train Overall I rated it a 4/10."

"Huge room and bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast. Not far from main attractions. Beautiful hotel."

"the sea access was divine"

"The room was incredible and the staff were first class all the way."

"Great location! Staff very friendly."

"Staff very friendly Food and Beverage of good quality."

"A beautiful place surrounded by nature. The service is good, although it can sometimes feel a little disorganized. The rooms, however, offer poor value for money for a five-star hotel. At over €1,000 per night for a Deluxe Room, I expected a much higher standard. That said, the setting itself is absolutely stunning, and in my opinion, it is the most beautiful hotel in Cefalù."

"The place was very nice. Right on the ocean. The breakfast was fantastic. There wasn’t much variety for lunch or supper. So we walked off the property. I would NOT recommend the pedicure. It’s a “dry pedicure” it hurt so much! No water is used to let your feet soak. No lotion, nothing. So painful! The staff were very helpful and friendly."
