"Nettes Hotel. Frühstück sehr gut. Zimmer etwas klein."

"The hotel was at a Good location. However, we stayed on the corner of 4th floor. We had to take 3 steps down upon entering the room. We only had a skylight with no actual window on the wall to look outside. The biggest problem was the room was really hot even with the ac on the coolest temperature setting. We had to open the skylight and we were still hot and couldn’t sleep at night."

We slept very well in comfortable beds/bedding and our rooms were spacious ! Staff so accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was great and happy it was included in our room fee! I would stay here over and over!!"

"Nice breakfast, clean room."

"Space was small and the air con is central. We did not have control of the air con and had to call the reception each time we needed to alter the temperature."

In the evening outdoor terrace serves drinks and cocktail overlooking the city of Florence for a...
