"Old, unique hotel with a lot of stairs and a small, slow elevator. Our room was huge, but the laminate floor near the bathroom gave when we waled on it, felt like we might fall through. Location is great, between Santa Maria and the Duomo. Very easy to navigate from."

"Great space to regroup after jumping around in multiple places. Truly is a one-stop-shop with everything you need right there. Easy to walk to main attractions"

"The facilities and property was relatively new and it was decently located."

"The place is clean and the city centre is walkable."

"It was a really nice experience staying at Hu Firenze. It was away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the main tourist areas, while a bus stop right across the street made it easy to get to the city centre. "They offer what you like instantly"

"A very lovely hotel. The location is perfect, in the heart of the city. The view from the rooftop terrace is amazing. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was great. The staff was helpful and very accommodating. I would stay there again."

"فندق جميل وغرفه واسعه ووالموظفين لطيفين وخدومين يستحق الزياره مره اخرى. "

"The room was clean but dated, the mattress was very hard. The staff was ok, and breakast was ok not great. It was very loud. Whoever was staying above us made enough noise to not be able to sleep. Will never stay there again."

"Space was small and the air con is central. We did not have control of the air con and had to call the reception each time we needed to alter the temperature."

"Very nice property, clean, extremely well maintained. Goose shuttle service."

"The hotel is in a great location. Beautiful and stunning decor. Great staff. Clean rooms and attention to detail."

"What a nightmare. This is a hotel that does not want Expedia bookings and the impact of that can be seen in the rooms and service they provide to those who have used Expedia. Expensive hotel, dark rooms, splashes of something (??) on the wall, dangerous showers, lack of staff attentiveness (except the front desk team), poor communication from management after sharing our experience directly (it took four days to get a response to our email), etc. Florence is expensive, spend your money...

"Perfect spot 10 minute walk from the duomo. Everything about the stay was perfect"

"Rooms were clean, although hotel lobby could use a good cleaning."

"Service was impeccable. Location was great coming from the train and only staying in Florence for a short time. Would recommend."
