"While the hotel had some positive aspects, my overall experience was not as comfortable as I had hoped. My room was located toward the back of the property, which I appreciated for the privacy and quiet, as there weren’t many people around that area. However, throughout my stay, I often felt uncomfortable and very aware of my surroundings. As a Black woman traveling solo, there were moments when I felt stared at and out of place, which made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy my stay. I...

"Localización y tamaño. Falta mantenimiento: el agua se va varias veces a lo largo del día por falta de presión, el extractor de la cocina no funcionó en 10 días a ninguna hora, y la ventana del dormitorio estaba rota, no se pudo abrir en 10 días. A los 5 días de estar allí se descolgó hacia dentro con el viento y tuvieron que apuntalarla con un palo para que no se cayera. Así estuvo los 5 días restantes."

"This place was great. The staff were super friendly. The Hotel was perfect location to reach everything we wanted to reach. We had a rental car which opened us to explore what the local scene had to offer. Beaches, Night markets, Supermarkets, Late night local Ice creams shops, Festivals, the lot! Underground parking was excellent at keeping the car cool. Rental towels (10 euro Cash deposit each) were very convenient as we were travelling very light. The Aqua Park was great fun. Be sure to check...

"Location was great for public transport: airport to hotel all on same red metro line. Rooms clean and good size. Breakfast was great, with lots of choices and well run by the team. A couple of issues, not major, but a little annoying: On arrival, something must have been going on, we were waiting in reception for about 5 minutes before anyone showed up. Strange, never experienced that before. I booked a room with a double bed, but got two singles. Problm was resolved a couple of days later."

"To be honest, and in my personal opinion, I don’t feel this hotel currently deserves a 5-star rating, especially considering the price. Our stay was unfortunately not a particularly pleasant experience. We had to change rooms because of unpleasant smells, especially on the lower floors. To be fair, the staff were helpful and arranged alternative rooms on higher floors, which I appreciated. The best part of the hotel is undoubtedly the spectacular sea view and peaceful location. However, when it...

"We stayed for five nights. The hotel is in a very convenient location close to the Sete Rios station where there are buses, trains and metro. The best restaurant is a few meters down the sidewalk called Napolis for a quick bite and to mingle with neighbors and watch a match. The spa is nice and services there are professional in a top notch tranquil setting. The doormen and porters work hard to please. My husband left his jacket in the Evra bar and we got it returned to our room within a few...

"We had a wonderful four days at this very well-managed hotel. The location was excellent, on a quieter street in the middle of all the action. It is within walking distance to many sites and two train stations. The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful, with a port tasting and dessert served while they sorted out our room and got us in earlier than check-in. We also got extensive recommendations for things to do while in Lisbon. The modern room was small but clean and comfortable. We...

"Clean hotel in central location with lovely staff."

"There is not ONE negative about this hotel. It is perfect in everyway. Location is also excellent. Breakfast is delicious. Staff is helpful & friendly. Rooms are quiet. Rooms were cleaned daily with a new bottle of water. New clean towels . Highly recommend this awesome hotel."

"Great location, staff and room! A bit small, but worked for us!"

"Good location for exploring much of Old Lisbon with good access to a variety of restaurants. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable."

"👍"

"The place is conveniently located in city center, walking distance to Marques de Pombal square . Breakfast was nice. Hotel is clean. We didn't touch the the little coffee and water supply in the room, but got a small charge for it later on anyway. Other than that, good place to stay."
