"This hotel is in a fabulous location in Porto within easy walking distance of Bolhao Market, the main shopping area, the tour departure point. There are restaurants and bars all around. The room was immaculately cleaned and very modern. Serviced daily. Tea and coffee making facilities were well used! Loved the free water in the fridge daily. The staff were great. Very accommodating when we arrived super early, allowing us to change and leave our bags safely. Food and coffee shop was also great....

"Was surprised it was a literal box lol. All good though since my husband got his welcome drinks. We were only staying there for 1 night so it wasn’t a big deal. But be aware that we can’t fully open our medium sized luggage in the bedroom as it does not have enough space. I had to go to the bathroom to open my luggage and sort my things. Property itself has great amenities that we didn’t get to enjoy as we were only there for about 12hrs."

"Hotel was ok but facilities not what we expected - roof top is only open in the evening, breakfast room is in the cellar with no windows, and bar is essentially a corner of the lobby with nowhere to sit. Also the windows did not open in bedrooms because of aircon. So the bedrooms are fine if that’s all you’re after. The staff were also a little unhelpful . Location was great though"

"First night the A/C was broken. We notified front desk and they sent someone up who confirmed A/C was broken and that they would move us to another room. They never did this and after repeated calls to the front desk, they hung up on us. The second night they did move us. Hair dryer didn't work, the shower kept flooding onto the bathroom floor and the bar ran out completely of red wine. This place does not live up to the standards of a Hilton property!!!"

"An excellent hotel in a great location. The staff were extremley helpful and the facilities were outstanding."

"V good"

"Nous avons demandé de l’information pour une jourd’activitéd a Douro et aucun retour Les 3 premières journées, nous avions de l’eau imbuvable, nous l’avons mentionné a la reception et ca s’est réglé. Mise à part ces deux points, tout était parfait, personnel dévoué, accueillant et professionnel"

"First time in Porto and this will be our first choice of stay when we return. Very walkable area with most attractions a short (and inexpensive) Bolt ride away. The staff was friendly and helpful as well!"

"Staff/ clean room"

"Great Location! The room was very Clean, but we felt that the lighting was insufficient. It was very dim. Wonderful Shower. We probably return on our next visit to Porto."

"So our room was on the first floor with "a river view" . True but also a walkway right outside the window where pedestrian traffic could walk. So keeping the curtain closed was required. The room was a great size but a little odd in that the shower was glass all around in direct view of the bed and if curtain was open the windows. You could pull a curtain across to conceal so then there's that. The toilet was separated but again all glass so parts obscured but the door was heavy glass and left...

"Great location, lovely clean spacious room, friendly staff, good executive lounge. Make sure you use the spa!"

"We stayed in a gorgeous room (suite) for four nights. It had a huge sitting area and a lovely big balcony with a great view. It wasn’t far from the old town and was a really nice walk along the river to get to everywhere. Great breakfasts, stunning rooftop bar, and a nice spa for a little wind down time too. Particularly loved the free items from the mini bar and the birthday cake, they gave my sister. Highly recommend."
