"The location was spot on. Wasn’t crowed wasn’t noisy. We had a rental car more than enough parking when we came back from exploring most of what beautiful Portland had to offer. I am an amateur photographer, so Frenchman Cove , Blue Lagoon, Winnifred Beach Reach Falls .. you get me !!!! They got explored. We didn’t have to worry about about driving back home late. 10 - 15min from most local spots."

"Clean room, friendly staff, good food. Phone needed for internal communication. Toilets are too low for the aged. Nanny display need to be more meaningful, and educational.Not sure that there is space facility."

"The management need to train the reception more We arrived at 2:30 and were greeted with “you’re early” check in is at 3 but a better greeting would be nice. We actually waited until 3:30 for our rooms The hotel is nice and the location is very good"

"Unfortunately there was a power outage when we arrived. Tanya was fantastic and made sure to find alternative suitable accommodation for us. I would recommend the hotel for location and price and staff friendliness and would return in the future"
