"Stayed here a number of times over the years and have always enjoyed the experience. Also, close to train station and Krakow Galeria."

"Overall the hotel is well maintained and very clean. The staff are helpful and accommodating. The location is excellent and the breakfast was very good. I did notice some stains on the rug in the room and that bothered me a little. Personally, I think the carpet under the bed which is there for purely aesthetic reasons needs to be kept immaculately clean or not used at all. The safe in the room has an outlet built into it. I guess for some guests it is a way of charging devices while they are being protected. However, I had medication that had to be kept at room temperature and I put in the safe (habit) and I later discovered that the safe produces heat as a result of that outlet. Luckily I discovered this before my medication reached a temperature that would have spoiled it and I began to store it outside of the safe. But it’s just something to be mindful of if you have temperature sensitive items. I never informed the hotel. So it’s really not an issue they were aware of or could address. Overall it’s a great hotel in a great location. With an excellent breakfast. "

"Very nice place to stay. The only pity was that our window faced the inside rather than the outside, which forced us to keep the light on, as it was too dark otherwise. Aside from that, everything was very nice: great breakfast (lots of choices) and a perfect location."

"The hotel was very close to the train station, you could see it as soon as you exited. It was also close enough to old town. We had 2 rooms, a double room and a triple room. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a safe and a mini fridge. The triple room was huge with large windows. We ate at the hotel restaurant HINT and it wasn’t bad but not as great as the restaurants in old town. "

"The overall facilities in this hotel are very good. Buffet breakfast was first class and the spa was very well presented and inviting."
