"Hotel was in good location, handy to the old town and the river. Some good eateries nearby, we went to Cafe Paris and the Tasty Beast. Room was good size, bathroom clean with good shower. Don’t be relying on the hairdryer tho, it lasts about 1 minute before cutting out. Room had a bit of a musty smell but we didn’t complain as we arrived at midnight and wanted to get to bed. Plus we weren’t in the room that long. We didn’t eat in hotel but had a few drinks in the bar. We were given a free bottle...

"Location is excellent. The room was large and clean. very nice view. The staff were very helpful. The room design need refresh. The bed was a little bit to soft. The worst thing as I concerned was that the room smelled of cigarettes in a way that really bothered me. The windows cant be opened, so there is no solution other than changing room- hopefully without encountering a similar issue."

"Great location. Rooms clean."

"We loved staying at Bogoria house. Our room was very spacious and clean. It was also well decorated with a lovely view. The location as well is perfect for exploring Krakow. Unfortunately the jets on the bath did not work ( however we did not report this issue) . It was a little unusual having cutlery / plates etc but no where to really wash up or have a tea towels. We would definitely stay again."

"Great location, food at the restaurant was good. Convenient. We only stayed one night. It was good for what we needed."

"Overall, good place to stay and great location closely to the centre by walk."

"This hotel offers a clean and modern stay with comfortable beds in its spacious rooms. The underground garage provides convenient parking, and the breakfast buffet is an amazing experience with an unlimited variety of options."

"The room was clean and staff were amazing. Could not climate control the room so it was too warm. Parking was easy and below ground. Very convenient. A great location right in the old city."

"Good breakfast. Lovely room and staff had great service. Minor communication errors but otherwise great"

"There is everything you need in the room. Welcome water/body lotion/hair conditioner/slippers and bathrobe are very handy on the short stay. I appreciate the kitchenette and comfortable bed. Hotel looks nice and location is good."
