"It’s a little difficult to initially find the property, as taxis can’t drive in to the road. It’s just parallel to plaza Domingo and is well located. The hotel is fabulous and full of character. "this is for the adventerous, dont get scare on the way there the roads are a little rough due to the hotel still being developed. Chef Marcelo is a plus for this hotel and Sol as well. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful."

"It's either scorching hot water or freezing water in the shower. It takes 10-12 minutes for either to settle. Water was also coming out with a weird color. When asking for help, no one came. Room keys keep getting deactivated and when asking for help in that regard, staff became upset. Other than that, staff was extremely nice and serviceable. Breakfast was quite complete."
