"This is a once in a lifetime experience. There are no words to explain how beautiful it is there. The staff truly care about it’s patrons and were so kind. Brylle and Vanessa were fantastic. Along with all of this food and beverage department. Everything was excellent. On top of everything else that was so great, there were actual monkeys outside our deck along the limestone cliffs having breakfast."

"The front desk Supervisor Christian was so helpful and accommodating. He answered all our questions and was so friendly."
