"A great airport hotel for a quick stay. The breakfast was a good spread, however the cleanliness of the hotel could be better. During breakfast there were a lot of spills and food crumbs on the floor. Staff is polite and helpful. Room itself was very spacious and clean"

"I was honestly expecting to give them 4 stars when we first arrived but then everything went south. The hotel started doing maintenance work the second day, banging on gas pipes at 11pm and 5am right above our room, and the workers wouldn't stop even after we complained. Then they turned the terrace outside our room into a construction site effectively blocking all access to the elevator and staircase. Again we complained but nothing was done. In addition to that, the rooms are tiny, you...

"Sehr gutes Stadthotel mit einem guten Frühstück. Es war perfekt um in Lima anzukommen und die Stadt zu erkunden."

"Convenient location right at the airport"

"Ich habe mich auch beim zweiten Besuch sehr wohl gefühlt! Man kann das Gepäck im Aufenthaltsraum unterbringen, während man mit dem Zug nach Aguas Calientes fährt."

"We got the opportunity to get a paid upgraded room and ended up on the highest floor in a junior suite with the views of the ocean! Floor to ceiling glass panels and ( slightly tricky to operate) automatic curtains made it magical especially the sunset! Breakfast was well catered for with a variety of food. The beds were super comfortable. Located about a 10 minute to the middle of Miraflores the location was perfect. And it was only about a 6 minute walk to the famed Maido restaurant( review in...

"We had booked a room with a queen size bed, and only ended up getting a double bed for our two nights stay. The bed was not very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The one morning our excursion left at 4 AM. They made sure we had sandwiches and water to take with us in place of the complementary breakfast. Would stay there again, but would make sure we ended up with a queen size room"

"Exellent"

"Excelente servicio, personal amable, instalaciones impecables, alimentos excelentes. Muchas gracias"

"Hotel is located 10 mins ride from popular tourist attractions in Cusco. Uber was available within mins. Hotel was well maintained and clean. Front desk was very helpful. Self Laundry service at the hotel was offered for 45 soles per load which includes detergent and softener. There are several wash and fold services in walking distance of the hotel for reasonable prices and they deliver the clothes to the lobby. Breakfast spread for great with live omelette station and some local dishes to try."

"Deberían de tener una máquina de hielo en los floor y tal vez hacer algo con el olor a tuberías"

"Si eres Expedia VIP recuerda si tienes 20% de descuento para que lo uses en un único consumo. En mi caso no lo registraron para la cena y al reclamar no pudieron cambiarlo después de pagado."
