"For us this was the perfect place to explore family heritage in a beautiful area of Scotland. We enjoyed hiking on or near the property. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the staff were always very helpful, our meals and drinks in onsite restaurants were great! We are very positive about this hotel!!!"

"This hotel had the feel of an old 1980s hotel that had been poorly maintained over the years by the owners. The room was clean but on our second morning we weren't able to have a shower because the shower didn't work. The tap water was also like an oven while the beds were like rocks. Despite promising wi-fi this too was non-existent. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok but during our stay there was always a feeling of what was going to go wrong next."

"This hotel in Pitlochry was a convenient stop-over when we were en route from Edinburgh to the Isle of Skye. While there are lots of things to see and do locally, our schedule allowed us to stay only one night. The rooms were comfortable if on the small side given the angular walls that followed the roof line. The beds and linens were fine, and the rooms had a nice modern shower. "Moness was an excellent place for my family to stay. We had a corner suite with two bedrooms on the first floor, two bathrooms, and and a living room and kitchen on the second floor with a pull-out sofa bed. We weren't expecting a kitchen so that was really nice. There is a pretty trail nearby called the Birks of Aberfeldy and the town is walkable from Moness Resort.
